I am a geneticist and a senior lecturer of genetics at Islamic Azad University in Tehran. I am mostly working on behavioral genetics and genetic bases of psychiatric disorders with an interest on neuroimaging -genetic approach (using genetic tastings along with imaging techniques such as EEG and fMRI).  We have published peer reviewed articles about the functional genomics and genome wide association studies on schizophrenia, Autism spectrum disorder, methamphetamine addiction, internet addiction disorder and stress resilience. Neurobiology of sleep and Sleep disorders is one of my major research interests and I am so pleased to collaborate with Sleep Education and Research Laboratory (SERL) at University College London.
