Community study exploring different types of sleep aids used by caregivers to help autistic children with sleep problems.

World Sleep Day is coming-----Calling for autistic children aged 5 to 11!

Sleep problems are among the most common comorbidities of autism, yet their impact on daily functioning varies across different age groups. We are now extending research to focus on autistic children aged 5-11, aiming to identify an "optimal" sleep pattern that best supports their cognitive development.

By participating, your child will wear an Actigraphy device for 7 to 14 days and complete a series of assessment activities. In return, you will receive a personalised sleep report with tailored recommendations. This research will provide parents, policymakers, and autism-related communities with a more comprehensive and objective understanding of sleep in autistic children.

Join us in shaping better sleep strategies for autistic children!
