The relationship between adolescents' pre-sleep video gaming behaviours and their academic performance

I worked as a psychological assistant in 2020 in the psychiatry department of a hospital in China, where I assisted doctors in monitoring the psychological well-being of adolescents and cancer patients seeking consultation, as well as in managing their medication. Later, I pursued a master's degree at UCL, conducting research on school bullying and cyberbullying among adolescents. I then joined SERL, where my research focuses on the relationship between adolescents' pre-sleep video gaming behaviors and their academic performance, examining whether sleep quality acts as a moderator or mediator in this relationship.
If you are interested in my research or have any related topics you'd like to discuss, please feel free to reach out.
